Shipping policy

Each piece in our collection is vintage or pre-loved jewellery. Light wear, gentle patina, and the marks of time are part of the story and what makes it unique. We photograph and describe every piece with care; the images and notes are part of the record, so please take a close look before purchasing. Every item is inspected and authenticated before it leaves us.

For EU customers, the law allows you to return items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, pieces must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition. Return shipping is your responsibility. Returns will not be accepted after two weeks under any circumstances.

Because of the nature of vintage jewellery, we cannot accept returns for items where wear has been clearly described, or that show signs beyond gentle, natural use.

Duties and taxes are not included and may be charged upon delivery depending on your country’s regulations.

Ireland: €10 standard shipping for items under €150

EU: €50 standard shipping for items under €300

UK: €50 standard shipping for items under €300

US: €50 standard shipping for items under €300

The rest of the world: €80 standard shipping for items under €500
