2. Nature of Antique Jewellery

All items are antique, vintage, or pre-owned.

As a result:

  • Normal wear, age-related marks, and prior repairs may be present

  • Items are sold in their existing condition

Measurements, weights, gemstone details, and metal content are approximate unless stated otherwise.

Images are for reference only. Appearance may vary due to lighting and screen settings.

 

 

3. Descriptions

Descriptions reflect our professional opinion based on examination of each item.

Dates, origins, and attributions are not guaranteed. Minor variations or inaccuracies that do not materially affect an item do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

 

 

4. Pricing

  • Prices are in Euro (€)

  • VAT is included where applicable

  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout

Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

 

 

5. Orders and Payment

Orders are accepted once payment is received and confirmation is issued.

We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or if fraud is suspected. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

 

 

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only.

Risk passes to you upon delivery. A signature may be required for high-value items.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

 

 

7. Right to Cancel

Under EU consumer law, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, unless an exception applies.

Notice of cancellation must be given in writing within this period.

 

 

8. Returns and Refunds

Returned items must be:

  • In the same condition as supplied

  • Unaltered and unworn beyond reasonable inspection

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item
